Cleaning in Place (CIP)
Cleaning the equipment is essential to ensure product safety and quality. Different kinds of CIP units are available depending on the customer’s demand.
Most often, for small or simple factories a manual movable CIP unit can be sufficient to clean each machine independently when needed.
For bigger factories, more complex CIP units are designed; semi or fully automatic depending on the customer’s application. They are developed to clean the equipment and transfer lines in compliance with the time and process required (hot water, caustic soda, nitric acid…).
